With centralized scheduling, patients can call the main phone number, and the staff person/s dedicated to answering the phone can schedule your appointment, answer or triage any questions you may have, help facilitate prescription refills, and access test results. We feel this increases our workflow efficiency and helps ensure that our patients who are here for appointments can receive the prompt and undivided attention of your provider and nursing staff.
